Jeff Meyer
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Jeff retired from the Army in 2001 after serving for twenty-two years and went to work flying EMS helicopters. After his retirement from aviation in 2018, he returned to school in Jan. 2019 and graduated from Bemidji State University in 2021 with his bachelor’s degree in social work. He enrolled in Indiana Wesleyan University for his master’s degree and came to Stellher as part of his clinical internship. Graduating in Dec. of 2022 with his master’s degree in social work and completed internship, he accepted Stellher’s offer to continue full time in his role as a clinician with the Stellher Human Services team. Jeff’s primary areas of interest include working with adults (especially Veterans) in their struggles with trauma and grief and the subsequent PTSD. He also cofacilitates with his spouse of 20 years, a faith-based PTSD support group outside of his work with Stellher and is heavily involved with Veterans through our local chapter of Disabled American Veterans here in Bemidji.
