EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Mark completed his Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Sioux Falls Seminary (formerly North American Baptist Seminary) in 1995 and was licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota in March of 1998.  In July of 2007 he completed the Approved Supervisor designation from the MN Bd of MFT and in July of 2015 completed the national Approved Supervisor designation from AAMFT.  Mark completed a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (DMFT) from Argosy University Twin cities in May 2016.

SPECIALTIES / AREAS OF INTEREST: Providing direct service to clients and families and supervising other practitioners and clinical licensure trainees since June of 1995. Mark has also served as the Program Coordinator for Home and Community-based CTSS for Stellher Human Services from 2001 - 2023.

SPECIAL TRAINING: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and in evidenced-based Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP) through PracticeWise.  Most recently receiving training (2022) in EMDR.

PERSONAL INTERESTS: I have three adult children and six grandchildren and love spending time being Grandpa, fishing, biking, and travelling with my wife.
